Certified Athletic Therapist
Upon graduation from the University of Toronto with her Bachelor of Physical and Health Education in 2011, Clare went on to complete her Athletic Therapy Certificate from York University in 2013. While at York University, Clare had the opportunity to work with the York University Varsity Cross Country, Track and Field and Women’s Volleyball teams. Clare has worked with the National Ballet of Canada, Aurora Tigers Jr. A Hockey Club, George Brown College, and Heartbeat of Home, a production out of Ireland, showcasing international dance styles. In summer 2015, Clare was one of the certified athletic therapists with Pan Am Games Toronto 2015 at Field Hockey. She is currently the head therapist with the York Simcoe Express Midget AAA team, as well as Karate Canada’s Junior National Team. She recently returned from Guayaquil, Ecuador with the Karate team after a successful Junior World Championships.
Recently, Clare completed her Masters of Rehabilitation Science with McMaster University. She has also completed courses in Sport Massage- Pre and Post event care, Anne Hartley’s Assessment and Treatment of Mild Traumatic Brain Injuries, and most recently, an Internal Injuries Assessment course.

Anna has a dance background and found her way to SOL in 2014. Anna had engaged in a consistent Pilates and BARRE practice at SOL for over a year before completing and getting certified in Stott's Total Barre Teacher Training. With her dance background, amazing energy and smile, Anna is going to be one of your favourite Barre instructors at SOL!

Siobhain has been a client of SOL's since the studio opened in 2004. Siobhain leads a busy active life as mother to three children and a Special Education Teacher with York Region. She is committed to her Pilates practice after finding Mat and Reformer work has dramatically improved her posture and balanced out her muscles. Siobhain has practiced BARRE at the studio for two years and is now a certified TOTAL BARRE Instructor through STOTT PILATES in the Summer of 2015. Siobhain completed training with SOL in 2013 and is knowledgeable on Posture, Pilates and Equipment. Siobhain has a great eye for technique, an awesome engaging teaching style, and is a ton of fun while she keeps you working hard.
Lynne was a pilates client several years before completing the Stott Pilates teacher training in 2004 at Stott's headquarters in Toronto, Ontario. She spent the summer of 2004 in Nashville songwriting and singing, while continuing her pilates training with local pilates centres and returned to Markham to open SOL BARRE Pilates in 2005. Through continuous training and education, Lynne is able to assist her clients with her knowledge of posture, structural integration and anatomy, gait analysis, prenatal yoga, and restorative yoga. Lynne has lived in the community of Markham since 2007 and has been involved with the community since 2002 volunteering with Unionville Alliance's music for children programs. Since 2008, Lynne has been involved with Camp Oochigeas, a camp for kids with cancer, where she has contributed her time and energy volunteering at programs in the city and weekend programs in Muskoka.
