Coaching begins with a Discovery & Assessment session so you and your coach develop awareness of your uniqueness and establish goals for your life and your health and fitness. SOL COACHING structures meetings around where clients are most comfortable with be it over coffee, walking, at the studio or by phone. Our goal is to work with you to develop strategies to stay in balance and find inspiration, motivation, and stay healthy!
