REFORMER







The Reformer is the most popular equipment in Pilates.  The primary series including Footwork and Legwork ensure you are aligned for beautiful posture and toned muscles.  Balanced muscle strength throughout the body results in beautiful muscle tone and posture.


​SPRINGBOARD





The Springboard encourages your muscles to work in a balance, compels you to use your deep core muscles for stability and smooth movements.  Use of the Springs engages all the muscle fibres contributing to long, lean toned muscles.


STABILITY CHAIR








The Stability Chair provides additional options for Prenatal Clients, and clients that need to encourage greater back strength for posture, and glut strength to improve pelvic neutral stability

SOL CIRCUIT (Open Studio)

​SOL CIRCUIT is an Open Studio Circuit, Equipment-based class.   More muscles are recruited to mobilize and stabilize on the Reformer and Springboard.  Each client works from an individualized program for their best posture and fitness goals.  Reformer and Springboard exercises align your frame, balance your muscles and encourage the use of the core for support.  Consistent use of the Reformer and Springboard will bring about long, lean toned muscles and your most beautiful posture.



SOL TRIO (Guided Instruction)






SOL Trio is a 40 Minute Guided Instruction class using specialized Pilates Equipment including the Reformer, Springboard, Stability Chair and Cardio Jumpboard/Trampoline.  This series is recommended for clients new to Piilates Equipment and for regular clients to learn new programming.

BARRE classes are all the rage across North America!  BARRE is a complete workout that is ballet-inspired standing at the Barre.  Classes integrate the best of Barre, Yoga, and Pilates

 Pilates Mat classes are the building blocks and foundations of good biomechanics, movement patterns and muscle activation.  These classes will educate you on how it feels to engage and stabilize.

SOL PRENATAL

Prenatal classes are safe and effective movement patterns to retain good posture and movement throughout pregnancy.  Classes incorporate breathing techniques, stretching, strengthening and restorative techniques to ensure your healthiest pregnancy and labour.


SOL CARDIO




SOL Cardio classes are intense bootcamp programs incorporating simple but challenging sequences using weights, body resistance, plyometrics, and repetition.  Clients should be injury free to join class.

PERSONAL TRAINING classes offer individualized programming based on Pilates Fundamental Exercises using  the Pilates Reformer, Springboard, and Stability Chair as well as other props.  Small group classes of 3 - 6 clients.

Class Schedule

GROUP CLASSES engage THE SOL METHOD for balance.  Barre, Pilates Mat, Yoga, and Prenatal are group classes of between 8-10 clients.  Instructed with cues to engage, stabilize and connect.  All classes set to awesome music!
