GROUP CLASSES engage THE SOL METHOD for balance. Barre, Pilates Mat, Yoga, and Prenatal are group classes of between 8-10 clients. Instructed with cues to engage, stabilize and connect. All classes set to awesome music!
PRIVATE TRAINING offers elite athletes training around their alignment and muscle balance for their sport. For clients with injuries and chronic conditions, private training complements their other therapies.
SOL REFORMER CIRCUITS are 3-6 person classes using the Reformer, Stability Chair and other props for Posture, Muscle Balance, Alignment, Strength Training, Cardio and Core Development. Move through fundamental programming on the Reformer and Stability Chair to lean and tone, learn connections to the deep core, develop beautiful posture and reduce pain, tension and weakness associated with imbalance, poor posture and injury. The Reformer is the signature Pilates machine for toning!. Effective for all levels of clients, rehab, and management of chronic physical issues such as sciatica, fibromyalgia and low back pain. Ideal for new and beginner level clients.

SOL BALANCE classes is a complete workout that is ballet-inspired and integrates the best of Barre, Yoga, and Pilates and strength training.
Prenatal classes are safe and effective movement patterns to retain good posture and movement throughout pregnancy. Classes incorporate breathing techniques, stretching, strengthening and restorative techniques to ensure your healthiest pregnancy and labour. Classes are open to Prenatal clients regardless of experience.
